Stukafest 2020

Yes! Tonight Stukafest will turn the city upside down again! For eleven years in a row, the student room festival has been a household name in Tilburg. Nothing is too crazy for this festival. They ensure that all facets of entertainment and art are addressed. Think for example of music, literature, theatre, dance, and humor.

But this is not just a festival in February. The festival can be found throughout the city. Several student rooms have been made available and transformed into mini pop stages. All visitors can visit different addresses. In every room, there is something different to see or hear. The nice thing about Stukafest is that it is small and that you are not in a big hall with 300 other visitors. Because of the small scale, the artist has a lot of interaction with his audience. In addition, it also brings a lot of coziness.

Interested in what you can see and hear? There is an extensive line-up on the website, but we will tell you about some of the performances. If you like music, you have a wide choice of where to go. Ninety-six is a 23-year-old singer-songwriter/producer. She has played the streets of Australia unsafe but is now ready to let her sounds be heard in Tilburg. Also, Clittenband, consisting of three girls, is ready for you. They play you with Dutch-speaking, ambiguous great art. Besides these girls, the organization has also managed to get a four-piece boys band called Foxlane. They already lived up to their name in Nijmegen by their tight and energetic live shows. Feel like getting a tummy ache from laughing? Then make sure you go to the Oerlesestraat because here Magic Tom & Yuri will be waiting for you. A played-out card magician who never got the fame he deserved and an illusionist who is a little too often frightened by his own stunts.

The festival has several rounds. Round 1 starts at 20:30, round 2 at 21:30, and round 3 at 22:30.
