Cooling off at the Piushaven

It's hot again this week for the first time in a long time! Many students are melting in their attic room and logically go look fot some cool places to go. And where can you do that better than at the water! We give you some tips below.

The Boei

The Boei is a company that 'Your Donuts' rented floating around on the water in Piushaven. It is a round boat with a bench seating 8 people including parasol, dining table and possibly a BBQ. The donut is festive and flexible and can be used for any occasion. Your Donut offers the possibility to rent the donut and provide your own food and drinks. In addition, guests can rent the donut including BBQ and / or beverage package (Boei BBQ). Even a drinks package with tasty snacks can be booked. The Donut is electronically powered which makes the experience on the water more intense. Boarding takes place at the Vendelierstraat at the canoe landing stage.

Ten different floating packages with Tilburg on Water

With its open tour boats De Tilia, De Waterlander and De Vriendschap, Tilburg te Water sails groups of 10 to 32 people around the Piushaven. This season they are again working with various partners to offer water lovers several boating packages. These include walking, nature, pizza, wine tasting, city guide, Father and Mother's Day treats, High Tea and Wilhelminakanaal cruises. Click here for more info!

Stand Up Paddling

Supping has become a trendier phenomenon over the years, also in Piushaven. Watersport Piushaven facilitates this and for a student-friendly price from 15 euros you can enjoy paddling on your board during the day, evening or weekend.
